so far these are the 2 things i have seen that could make 2/3 of the worlds population die off on december 21 2012.
1) all the planets in our solar system will align and earth will be right on a black hole in our solar system and the poles will shift cau8seing mass extinction of species and mass life loss in humans.
2) planet x (nabiru or something like that) will come into our solar system and mess up something blah blah blah our planets poles change and same thing same thing.
i also saw someting of a call where a former area 51 worker was on the run and he called a radio station and told them that he was driving around the country so :”they” wouldnt find him. he told about how the government wanted the document about the scientific prospect of the mass human death to be kept secret. the radio man asked why they would do that. he replies that the us government knows safe areas that they could evacuate the whole world to but arent going to, because they want to start a revolution and take over the world, and the less people, the easier to govern. a little after this point they are disconnected from him, but they had some way of knowing that he didnt hang up. I AM NOT A CONSPIRACY THEORIST, I JUST HEARD ABOUT THIS. tell me if i am right about part one and two, and please leave an opinion on the area 51 dude.

and this whole 2012 thing is bull, everyone says “oh the mayans calendar ended in 2012″ pffft the mayans, they’re smart technology wise but not any other way. they thought the sun was a god so they sacrificied people to the sun because they thought it would die if they didnt… and when the europeans came over, they fucking slaughtered the Mayans, like it was honestly a slaughter.

Both of those theories are very untrue. The planets won’t all align and there is no such thing as Nibaru. The Earth will align with the center of the galaxy and it does this every 26,000 years. Will this cause anything to happen? Not likely because we would have found evidence of an extinction 26,000 years ago. I have also seen that video of that Area 51 guy on Youtube and in my opinion they faked it to get ratings. I’m not saying nothing will happen because I truly don’t know and I don’t think anyone does.

Given how many “ends of the world” there have been predicted down through the ages that have been and gone without anything happening I find it very hard to invest much in the theories based around the Mayan calender. Most of the ideas are really difficult to swallow given how little we actually fully understand of the culture. I personally feel if anything of significance were to take place it’s highly unlikely it would be the end of the world in the definition of the destruction of all life on earth. At most I can imagine a shift in human paradigm which could be seen more as an end to life as we know it and to cultures unable to accept change this could indeed mean an end. But an actual end to the earth itself? No I highly doubt it.

I really don’t believe in all this “end of the world” stuff. If it ends, it ends, and there’s not much we can really do about it.
Both of your theories are untrue, though. Basically, people are worried about 12/21/12 because that’s the day the one of the Mayan calendars ends, it’s the day that Earth will pass through the center of the galaxy, and because Nostradamus predicted something similar to this in one of his Quatrains (although interpretation of Nostradamus’ Quatrains depends on the person).
The Maya Calendar: It’s actually a system of a number of different calendars and almanacs that each served a different purpose in the Mayan culture. The Mayan’s created a calendar called the “Long Count Calendar” that they used to measure periods of time longer than 52 years, which they referred to as a ‘Cycle’. The Long Count Calendar is the one that ends on 12/21/12 and marks the end of a cycle. Back when the Mayan’s were still around, the ending of a cycle was actually something that they celebrated. Probably because it meant that they were still around to see a new cycle begin – a celebration of life.
People kind of put Nostradamus’ predictions, the Long Count Calendar, and the shifting of the Earth together and make their own assumptions. They think, “well hey, the Mayan’s didn’t bother to document another cycle, the world is going to end!” The Mayan’s were already predicting cycles thousands of years into the future; maybe they didn’t feel it was necessary to keep going? It doesn’t necessarily mean that the world is going to end and we’re all going to die.
Is it a huge coincidence that all three of these factors seem to fit together? Sure, I’ll give you that. And I’m sure with the U.S. economy the way it is right now, it’s only fueling the fire. But this whole thing may be just that – a coincidence. Look at Y2K and the June 6, 2006 predictions. People took those dates so seriously that some were actually holed up in their basements surrounded by canned foods and battery powered radios. But we’re still alive. I could go on and on, going back and forth, disputing theories and what-not. Like a poster above me said – do not dwell on what you cannot control.
As for the Area 51 guy, this sounds like another “War of the Worlds” kind of hoax. I mean, think about it – Area 51 is one of the biggest legends around and, if aliens did land here 50-some years ago and the government was trying to keep this “mass extinction document” a secret, I would imagine that guy would not have been allowed to get as far as he could. The government probably would have caught the guy by now or killed him or something. I just don’t buy it. I don’t think that there is any way for the radio station to be able to tell that he didn’t hang up, that he was forcefully disconnected somehow. Maybe I’m wrong, maybe they do. But don’t you think if the government was planning something THAT big, they’d make MUCH more of an effort to keep it a secret? It sounds like either something the radio station made up or just some nut job calling around radio stations saying ludicrous things.
I actually had a woman call me at my old job once going on and on about how the police force in my town were responsible for 9/11 and that they were raping women left and right and stealing their cars when they were done and all this ridiculous stuff. She went on for a good 10 minutes about this crap, then asked me what I “planned to do about it” and then hung up without waiting for a response. What the heck did she want ME to do? I was just an on-call receptionist! Haha. Probably just some crazy lady or someone with WAY too much time on their hands.
Anyways -Is 12/21/12 the end of the world? I don’t think so, but you never know. Is the Area 51 guy legit? Very doubtfully. Of course, I’m not here to tell you your a “crazy conspiracy theorist” or anything. You absolutely have a right to believe what you believe in, I’m just giving you my take on things.
